You Are We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java and Spring Boot to lead and manage end‑to‑end Java Microservices development projects. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional project management capabilities with hands‑on technical knowledge to drive successful delivery in an Agile environment.

The Opportunity

Lead and manage end‑to‑end Java Microservices development projects, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation documents.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development standards, and coding best practices.

Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success.

Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, timelines, and risk registers.

What You Need

Proven 10‑15 years of experience in Project Management within Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience leading software development teams in complex, cross‑functional projects.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable project plans.

Hands‑on experience in SDLC management, version control, CI/CD, and deployment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification.

Experience with telecom or large‑scale enterprise projects is a plus.

Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.

Compensation Role Location: Washington

Compensation Range: $102,000 - $153,000

Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
