Project Manager

Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day activity of the job. Ensure work is built in accordance with contract documents. Receive hand-offs from estimating department. Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment. Demonstrate a growth mindset; lead and learn within the team. Maintain dedication to safety, quality, schedule, and customer service. Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and cost tracking. Collaborate with Superintendents, vendors, and purchasing to assure material coordination and accuracy. Requirements / Experience
At least five years of experience in the trade. Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and stay focused. Detail-oriented with an accounting mindset — know your costs. Excellent organizational skills—ability to sequence and organize work. Computer and technology savvy. Benefits
