Responsibilities

Coordinates Multi-Disciplinary Teams (10%)

Lead and collaborate with teams across other departments within organization to ensure the successful delivery of Laboratory Solutions and Robotics projects.

Defines Project Deliverables (10%)

Work closely with project teams to review user requirements and define clear, achievable project deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and expectations.

Project Scheduling and Monitoring (40%)

Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively manage implementation activities. Work with the project team to identify and mitigate delays to maintain project timelines. Responsible for independently managing highly complex and high-visibility projects, ensuring successful coordination across multiple stakeholders and external partners on large-scale projects.

Risk Management (15%)

Identify potential project risks early and collaborate with teams to develop strategies for managing and mitigating these risks to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Communication (10%)

Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that priorities, deliverables, and timelines are communicated clearly and effectively.

Project Closure Coordination (10%)

Oversee post-delivery efforts, ensuring that all necessary closure activities are completed, including documentation, handover, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership-Focused (5%)

Builds team knowledge and fosters growth by mentoring peers and promoting knowledge exchange. Contribute to the broader success of the Project Management team by supporting management functions such as coordination and process improvement.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Gantt charts).

Exceptional leadership, influence, and mentoring skills across cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a required.

Acts as a resource for resolving complex challenges and setting project management best practices.

Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours based on project needs

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science.

Proven experience managing cross-functional project teams in a technical or engineering environment, preferably in laboratory robotics.

2+ years of project management experience.

PMP Certification is preferred for candidates with 2 or more years of experience and required for those with 5 or more years of experience.
