The Project Manager – Edge Initiatives will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and operational Edge projects. This role collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives to completion on time and within budget. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle, from vendor onboarding and requirements gathering to delivery validation and project closure.

Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Collect requirements from strategy, delivery, operations, and cross‑functional teams.

Manage vendor onboarding, including NDA processing and documentation.

Ensure compliance with financial, ESG, and regulatory requirements prior to project launch.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task assignments.

Initiate workstreams and track progress through project management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Identify dependencies and coordinate resource allocation across teams.

Lead project kickoff meetings and establish communication protocols.

Coordinate activities across strategy, delivery, operations, engineering, finance, and legal teams.

Conduct regular project check‑ins, status updates, and escalation reviews.

Facilitate issue resolution, track action items, and ensure follow‑through.

Monitor project progress against timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Maintain dashboards, trackers, and risk/issue logs.

Report project status and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Identify risks, blockers, and scope changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and operational readiness standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation and data integrity.

Support contract and pricing data entry when required.

Capture action items from planning sessions and cross‑functional meetings.

Validate data accuracy for handoffs and downstream teams.

Verify completion of deliverables and finalize project closure activities.

Conduct lessons‑learned sessions and transition completed projects to operational teams.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in technical, operational, or vendor‑focused projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Knowledge of risk management, change control, and cross‑functional coordination.

Experience with vendor onboarding, compliance workflows, or data center/Edge operations is a plus.

PMP, CAPM, Agile, or other relevant certification preferred.
