As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll be the engine that fuels a pipeline and validates new opportunities. You thrive in early‑stage environments where messaging evolves quickly and every qualified conversation moves the business forward.
You’ll work with Sales and Partnerships to identify prospects, craft personalized outreach, and book high‑quality meetings that turn into real opportunities. This role is ideal for someone scrappy, curious, and hungry to learn enterprise sales while shaping the playbook for how traction is built.
You won’t just dial leads—you’ll test messaging, learn from responses, and feed insights back into our Market Traction Funnel. In other words: you’ll help engineer traction.
What You’ll Do
Build and run outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, warm intros, and events.
Start conversations and set discovery calls that lead to pipeline and validated traction.
Test and iterate outreach cadences, messaging, and subject lines—share what sticks.
Use CRM tools to track progress, measure funnel performance, and surface insights.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to sharpen positioning.
Feed market learnings into our Traction Funnel to improve go‑to‑market strategy.
Who You Are
2–4 years of SDR/BDR or client‑facing experience (internships and scrappy side hustles count too).
You’re energized by outreach, curious in discovery, and persistent in follow‑up.
You see outreach not as “spray and pray,” but as experiments in market validation.
You’re a quick learner who thrives on testing, iterating, and finding what works.
You’re organized, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role over time.
You’re comfortable using CRMs and outbound tools (like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn) for prospecting.
Bonus: Experience in startups, consulting, or innovation environments.
