Clicki Referrals is a fast-growing SaaS startup helping local service businesses grow through automated, branded referral programs. We believe small businesses deserve better than paying Big Tech for leads. Our platform helps them grow through word-of-mouth, incentivized sharing, and modern payout tools. This role is a launchpad into B2B SaaS for someone with real-world sales experience who’s ready to bring hustle, phone skills, and curiosity into a new industry. What You’ll Do
This is a phone-first sales role. You will be calling small business owners in industries like lawn care, pest control, window cleaning, and more to introduce them to Clicki and book discovery demos with our Account Executives. You’ll be expected to hit daily activity goals, think on your feet, and stay sharp in your outreach. This role is about creating qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Making 60–100 outbound calls per day Identifying and qualifying prospects based on Clicki’s ideal customer profile Booking product demos for the AE team Following up with warm leads and handling basic objections Using scripts, talk tracks, and CRM tools to stay organized and efficient Communicating feedback from the field to improve our messaging and outreach Who You Are
You have experience selling home services (lawn care, pest control, roofing, etc.) You’re confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people You’re hungry to break into tech and willing to put in the work to grow You’re coachable, curious, and motivated by performance-based pay You live in (or are relocating to) the Grand Rapids, MI area and want to work in-office with a fast-moving startup team What You’ll Get
