We are seeking a high-level, hands-on Program Manager to support a major healthcare client in streamlining and organizing their GPO-related contract management processes. This individual will play a critical role in driving structure, clarity, and operational alignment across a wide scope of hospital-based contracts—direct and indirect—supporting procurement and supply chain efficiency.

Lead day-to-day coordination and execution of tasks related to healthcare GPO contract management. Organize and track a large volume of contracts across many product categories, including consolidation and refinement of classification structures (e.g., grouping/splitting items like orthopedics across systems). Map current state workflows and processes related to contract lifecycle and procurement activity. Identify and support data cleansing, structuring, and standardization efforts. Establish and maintain a centralized contract repository, partnering with admin support to digitize physical documents. Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and clinical departments to gather inputs and validate contract categorizations. Serve as a point person for task tracking, progress reporting, and coordination of deliverables. Independently manage priorities, proactively raise issues/risks, and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
What you will bring
Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience managing detailed workflows and timelines—formal project manager title not required. GPO experience in a healthcare/hospital setting is required, with a deep understanding of clinical and non-clinical supply categories. Familiarity with hospital supply chain operations, terminology, and contract types (Direct: OR, Imaging, Anesthesia, etc.; Indirect: Purchased Services). Comfortable working with limited visibility and undefined systems—must be resourceful and self-directed. Experience with Infor and Workday preferred. Ability to handle sensitive data and documentation with discretion. Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently while engaging effectively with distributed teams. Availability for key meetings regardless of time zone.
What you can expect
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. Pay Range: $85-90 W2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.
