We are seeking an experienced
QA/QC Manager
to lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control programs within our company. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring quality management procedures, managing personnel, ensuring code compliance, and leading audits across various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and will be committed to maintaining a high standard of quality Who We Are: Our client is a leading electrical contractor with deep experience in industrial and commercial markets. Manage and mentor QA/QC team members across multiple projects. Provide weekly QA/QC program updates to clients and management. Lead project teams to ensure adherence to quality control standards and construction codes. Implement and track quality metrics for continuous improvement. Oversee code compliance enforcement for subcontractors and owners. Review project specifications for constructability and code compliance. Provide training on quality standards and procedures to project teams. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during project execution. Manage subcontractor QA/QC programs to meet contract specifications. Perform site inspections and prepare inspection reports. Seniority level
