Inspect products for conformance to engineering requirements and document objective evidence. Perform routine audits, surveillance, and monitoring of processes and products. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming parts or materials. Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conformances. Support product/process verification reviews with customers. Track recurring or high-risk non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (vocational training or associate degree preferred) 2+ years’ experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another regulated industry 1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook 1+ years’ experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to work any shift as assigned Preferred Qualifications
1+ years’ experience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, thread gages, go/no-go gages Experience with CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System) Experience working in REDARS (Review of Engineering Data and Record System) and IVT (In-Process Verification Tool) Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
