Vice President - Capital Markets Documentation Specialist
Location: New Jersey Salary Range: $200,000 - $260,000 Our client is a leading global investment bank seeking a Vice President - Capital Markets Documentation Specialist to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex capital markets documentation and support the Prime Services and Derivatives businesses. Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and execute prime services agreements, including Futures agreements, OTC clearing agreements, and ISDA master agreements. Oversee transactional processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and risk management teams, to facilitate timely execution of transactions. Provide legal advice on applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes impacting the business. Develop and implement processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in transaction execution. Advise senior stakeholders on risk, controls, and strategic considerations. Required Experience
Strong background in drafting and negotiating capital markets documentation. Familiarity with prime brokerage, futures, and related financing businesses. Experience with agreements such as ISDA/CSA, OTC clearing, FXPB intermediation, repurchase, and stock lending agreements. Preferred Skills
Ability to manage risk and strengthen controls. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
