Project Manager

Job Description : Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management with complete ownership of project delivery Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, with a solid grasp of Agile frameworks, metrics, and best practices Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and leading technology-driven business transformation initiatives Strong background in project planning, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications Key Responsibilities Lead all critical facets of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risk, and communication Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions to clients Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms Monitor project health using Agile metrics; identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership Manage interdependencies across teams, ensuring alignment and maintaining the critical path for successful delivery Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
