Seasoned Project Manager with 8–15 years of experience leading complex IT and business transformation projects. Adept in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with a track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project planning, execution, and delivery Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid PM frameworks Stakeholder & client management Budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking Risk management & mitigation planning Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting Tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello SDLC knowledge and vendor coordination Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project implementation across all phases. Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and manage project budgets. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with PMO standards and documentation requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams and processes. Certification Required
PMP or PRINCE2 (Required/Highly preferred) CSM/SAFe Scrum Master (Preferred for Agile projects) ITIL Certification (If applicable to service-based environments) Client/Project-specific compliance needs
Background screening & employment verification Adherence to PMO templates, processes, risk logs, and reporting structure Compliance with information security and vendor management policies Must align with onsite/offshore working model as defined by client
