ProSidian Seeks a Procurement Systems and Contract Support Specialist [DOE0009008] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent across the CONUS with a focus in Richland, Washington. The role supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. This position may be Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) and may convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position. The candidate will provide procurement systems and contract support expertise to Environmental Management Sector clients, including DOE, focusing on General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). The work generally supports DOE-EM/HFO and DOE-EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) in the Pacific Northwest region. Responsibilities and Duties

Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support awards, administer contracts, and ensure FAR/DEAR compliance. Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis. Engage in project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement, earned value management, and project direction support. Prepare work locations and staffing details near CONUS Richland, WA (e.g., 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354). Qualifications

5–8+ years federal procurement/contract support; DOE experience preferred. BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications desirable. Experience aligned with Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management Functional Area disciplines. Skills: contract administration, cost/price analysis, compliance, Excel, SharePoint. Competencies: detail orientation, negotiation, communication, and scheduling discipline. Ancillary Details

Lead compliant contract file builds and closeouts. Functional attributes include procurement systems and contract analysis support. Job tasks vary by Hanford Field Office General Support Services requirements and may fluctuate by +/-15% during performance. Travel: as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing; travel is allowed in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security: facility clearance for ProSidian team members; DOE clearance as indicated in the task description when required. Place of performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, Washington; on-site with some approved remote work.
