Oversee shifts each week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with Crew and upcoming Shift Managers to prepare for a successful shift. Aim to achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions. Benefits
