Oversee shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers to achieve Quality, Service, Cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness, meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare shift. Achieve shift targets and help departments meet goals. Monitor safety, security, inventory, profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
