RN Quality Coordinator – HCA HealthONE Swedish
Salary Estimate: $83,512.00 – $121,846.40 / year.
As an RN Quality Coordinator you will ensure that patients receive high‑quality, efficient care by leading quality improvement initiatives, coordinating data collection, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across disciplines.
Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and support quality initiatives and activities of data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement education.
Serve as a resource person and establish rapport with all departments and medical staff.
Encourage physician and hospital staff to collaborate on multidisciplinary problem solving.
Work with Infection Control Nurse and Risk Manager to coordinate activities.
Collaborate with Medical Staff Coordinator to stay abreast of department activities.
Assist with regulatory preparedness.
Assist with hospital‑wide Quality Committees (Quality Management Committee) and facilitate peer review.
Qualifications
Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi‑state RN license.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
Experience in quality improvement, core/performance measurement, familiarity with CMS/JCAHO regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Three (3) years’ experience in an acute care/clinical setting.
