Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all project management and estimating functions. This position ensures that project bidding, estimating, and execution align with company profitability goals and project delivery expectations. The role is critical in managing workload distribution, project performance, and overall operational efficiency. This individual will serve on the leadership team and contribute directly to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of project management and estimating functions.
Ensure project bidding, estimating, and execution align with profitability goals and delivery expectations.
Manage workload distribution and project performance.
Contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the company.
Serve on the leadership team and help shape the strategic direction and growth of the company.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.
1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and heavy bid software.
Additional Skills
Experience with project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and heavy bid.
Work Environment The role is based in-office daily, with some expectations of visiting sites for bid meetings.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire. Clearwater, MN.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $43.27 - $57.70/hr.
