Overview
Project Manager/Business Analyst
As a Project Manager for the New Jersey State Enterprise team of Tyler Technologies, you will be responsible for implementation and support of enterprise level initiatives and projects. This is an opportunity to create impact, affect customer success and deliver exceptional user experience to our partner. You will work closely with our client and product team(s) to deliver Tyler's Point of Sales software solution to our partners within New Jersey. This is a hybrid position with requirement to be in office two days per week.

Responsibilities
Work with partner and product team to coordinate project schedules
Coordinate rollout of implementation across client locations
Serve as primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day basis
Assist QA staff from product team with product testing
Educate users on software functionality as well as on data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions
Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training, both on site and via webinars
Create both client-facing and internal documentation
Act as liaison between partner and the product team, including conveying technical information so that non-technical individuals can understand
Perform other duties as assigned
Work will be required on weekends as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or comparable work experience in a customer focused project role
Knowledge of the payments industry and point of sale devices preferred
Experience managing customer success initiatives preferred
Ability to analyze business processes and develop a practical and useful system to support them
Excellent communication skills
Technical Writing & Documentation skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment balancing different roles on different projects.
State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements Salary will generally fall between $53,081 - $69,843 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
