Child Support Professional - MCR026 - Sat-Sun 4PM-12AM at WellLife Network. The role is part of the Community Residence Program, focused on creating a safe, therapeutic environment for children and adolescents. The position requires a caring, trauma-informed approach and the ability to support youth in daily routines, skill development, and independent living goals. What You’ll Be Doing

Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence. Support residents in skill-building, family engagement, and preparation for independence and the future. Your Core Responsibilities

Individualized Care & Supervision: Offer tailored supervision and care for each resident, ensuring safety and well-being. Skill Development & Therapeutic Support: Use strength-based techniques to foster resilience and track progress. Household Management: Create a home-like environment by coordinating household duties with residents (cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal planning, and preparation). Service Planning & Trauma-Informed Care: Participate in service plan development and apply trauma-sensitive practices in all interactions. Transportation & Community Engagement: Escort residents to appointments/activities and promote family involvement and reunification using strength-based strategies. Counseling & Behavioral Support: Provide formal/informal counseling and support adherence to medication regimens; assist with crisis intervention. Documentation & Reporting: Complete required documentation promptly and accurately; report incidents as needed. Organizational Commitment: Participate in events and duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred. Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs preferred. Valid New York State driver’s license required. What You’ll Gain
