Job Overview At Ledge, outdoor spaces are living works of art. As pioneers in premium in‑pool and poolside product design, our mission is to help customers manifest their identity by elevating outdoor living. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth and Transformation. The role will drive organizational initiatives, improve processes, create efficiencies, and support growth, serving as the lead on assigned projects and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Document and standardize processes, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across the organization.
Support change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Continuously evaluate outcomes and capture lessons learned for future improvement.
Serve as a champion for operational excellence, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred but not required.
Experience with managing projects for ERP systems; NetSuite experience would be a big plus.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with proven success managing cross‑functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
