Resident Services Coordinator

is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident relations, activities, communication, and community outreach. The Resident Services Coordinator works closely with the Community Manager to develop and maintain a residential environment conducive to the overall success of the property. The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a representative of the community office. Overview

Resident Relations Management Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Develop and plan property-related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies Coordinate monthly newsletters and implement an educational programming model for social events Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, monthly newsletter) Assist Community Manager in screening, hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff Support staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, and guidance in line with Asset training benchmarks Promote harmony and quality job performance through leadership Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years’ experience in housing, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements

Regularly communicate with others to exchange information; may require repetitive motions; ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies) Occasionally required to stand, sit, and move between worksites Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and reach objects; may lift up to 25 lbs; operate vehicles as needed; work in various temperatures and environments Salary

$19 per hour to $20 per hour This job description is not all-inclusive and may be modified at any time. Additional duties may be assigned as needed by supervision.
