Overview The Ads Platform Strategy & Operations (S&O) team drives sales and campaign lifecycle efficiency via automation and process optimization, builds the platform foundation to scale, and creates simple self-serve tools for Merchants to drive GMV growth. The team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising to surface and monetize relevant content for our core audiences and provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to develop processes and tools that enable scale during hypergrowth, improving how Ads & Promos campaigns come to life across Sales, Insights, Ad Operations, Product, Strategy & Operations, Accounting, Finance, and more.

Leverage Gen AI to revolutionize how we sell, build, and optimize campaigns to drive scalability and shape the future of our Ads Platform.

Implement, manage, and scale sales & operations via offshore resources, automation tools, and streamlined end-to-end processes.

Partner with sales and merchants to identify product-market fit for key resources and streamline go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption.

Scope and build tooling and an efficiency roadmap leveraging internal and external resources.

You’ll report to the Sr. Manager, Ads Platform Strategy & Operations.

Analyze: use data-driven decision-making to run and scale experiments, including new engagement models for Sales and self-serve tools for Merchants to drive Ads growth.

Collaborate: work across Sales, Operations, Insights, Product, Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Support, and more to deliver results.

Strategize: develop the strategy and roadmap to best serve advertisers and internal partners during rapid growth.

We’re Excited About You Because…

You have 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / product marketing / business operations / management consulting or related fields (preferably in advertising or ad tech).

You are a problem solver with expertise in process design and optimization.

You have interest or experience in leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to solve business problems.

You are comfortable with systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and internal tools.

You thrive across multiple hats and projects.

You are analytical and can distill complex data (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL) into actionable recommendations.

You have a Bachelor’s degree.

We expect this position to be filled by 11/24/25.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges are market-dependent and localized by work location. The compensation package includes opportunities for equity grants. DoorDash offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, paid time off, and other wellness benefits. The national base pay range for this position is $78,200—$115,000 USD.
