CRM Marketing Specialist role at Jobs via Dice. A hands-on position leading the execution, optimization, and reporting of omni-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. Requires deep expertise in Klaviyo, Tapcart, and Wisepops, with strong analytical and creative skills to drive performance and engagement. Responsibilities

Build, QA, and deploy email, SMS, and push campaigns with dynamic content, A/B testing, and strategic scheduling using Klaviyo and Tapcart. Develop and maintain automated journeys with universal content blocks and advanced segmentation logic. Import contact lists and define audience segments using AND/OR logic or AI-powered segmentation tools. Create and present recurring campaign performance reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) using data from Shopify, Elevar, Klaviyo, Tapcart, Recharge, Yotpo, and Retention X. Conduct ad-hoc KPI reporting for major campaigns using cloud-based dashboards and analytics tools. Manage and update on-site message center content and lead capture forms via Wisepops. Write compelling marketing copy including subject lines, preheaders, headlines, and body content; develop and submit creative briefs and provide direction for new creative initiatives. Partner with internal teams to intake campaign requests, track project updates, confirm approvals, and gather creative assets; provide strategic recommendations, campaign timelines, and channel-specific best practices. Support CRM initiatives across new product launches, promotional events, SaaS vendor onboarding, transactional email setup, and retail activations. Benefits & Compensation

Pay range: $40.00 - $55.00/hr. This is a fully remote position; eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
