$75k-$150k annually, plus $2,000/month draw and commission. Duties and Responsibilities

Greets clients in a timely, friendly manner and welcomes them into the dealership. Conducts a walkaround with the client, compiles vehicle data, and determines initial repairs. Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, establishes promised time, and follows up with the client appropriately. Monitors repair progress throughout the day, communicates changes in estimates or promised time, explains cost and time requirements, and obtains proper authorization before additional repairs. Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index rating in accordance with BMW standards, indicating elite customer service capabilities. Communicates with the client, BMW, and third‑party companies to ensure accurate and timely payments of authorized repairs. Advises customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications, using maintenance menus. Maintains dealership‑prescribed standards for hours per customer repair order written. Understands and follows federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right‑to‑know, and related laws. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of experience in a dealership position. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. ASE certification preferred. Sales experience preferred. Professional personal appearance. Excellent oral and written communication skills. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. All applicants must be able to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license. Additional Information
