Job Description We’re looking for an Office Admin to be the heartbeat of our clients New York office. This role makes sure their workplace is welcoming, efficient, and fully supported so employees, guests, and leadership can focus on doing their best work.

What You’ll Do

Hospitality & Culture – Welcome visitors, host guests, and help create an office atmosphere that feels professional, friendly, and energizing.

Office Operations – Manage daily logistics: coordinate with building management, oversee cleaning and maintenance vendors, and make sure the space runs without a hitch.

Supplies & Facilities – Keep the office stocked, organized, and set up for team success—from meeting rooms to common areas.

Leadership Support – Provide administrative support to the management team, helping streamline schedules, tasks, and operations.

Employee Support – Be the go-to contact for employees when they need help with office‑related requests or coordination.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in office administration, workplace management, or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, service‑oriented approach.

Someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast‑moving team.
