Project Executive – Multiple Office Locations An established and nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead flagship projects across the state. This role offers a rare opportunity to take full accountability for project delivery while shaping the next phase of growth across the Texas region.

Position Overview The Project Executive will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of major ground‑up projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. The role will be primarily site‑based, with occasional travel to the regional office for leadership meetings, client engagements, and team development sessions.

This is a high‑visibility leadership position offering a clear career path into regional operations leadership as part of the company’s long‑term growth strategy in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Assume overall accountability for project performance, safety, and contractual compliance.

Lead and mentor a large, multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.

Direct all phases of project delivery, preconstruction, construction, closeout, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.

Oversee financial forecasting, contract management, and risk mitigation to meet or exceed profit goals.

Champion a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across all project levels.

Partner with business development and preconstruction teams to support future pursuits and strengthen client relationships.

Promote career growth and professional development among project team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

10–15 years of progressive experience in large‑scale commercial construction, including proven leadership of projects $200M+.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of preconstruction, project controls, and client relations.

Proficiency with industry‑standard software and Microsoft Office Suite.
