Responsibilities

Hunt leads, develop relationships with clients, support the delivery team in information gathering, and maintain ongoing accounts.

Utilize standard sales tools and propose new ideas for sales innovation.

Achieve KPIs that are 100% based on face time (in person or virtual) with prospects and clients and putting people to work for those clients – the method is up to the individual.

Assist recruiters with candidates through the hiring process, finalize documentation, and nudge managers to approve timecards; submit and file service agreements with back‑office support.

Encourage cross‑division collaboration and new business development; sell any of Kavaliro’s service offerings regardless of the division.

Qualifications

One or more years of experience in a staffing agency recruitment setting, preferably for professional roles, or 2+ years in a technical and professional client‑facing role (i.e., B2B sales).

General knowledge of the staffing ecosystem, including contract staffing, contract‑to‑hire placements, and direct hire placements.

Exposure to Government contracts (working as/with a sub‑ or prime contractor) and recruiting/selling for IT and Engineering roles, including various work‑visa situations and/or enterprise‑level VMS clients is desirable.

A Bachelor’s degree is not required; preference is given to candidates with extensive business‑world exposure through education or experience.
