The opportunity As a Databricks Alliance Sales Executive, you’ll be part of one of our fastest growing alliances at EY and relentless in driving the pursuit of new business. You will originate and qualify opportunities from your personal network, from Databricks directly, and within EY, driving alliance partner pipeline and sales for EY. You’ll be a client‑facing, experienced seller and subject‑matter expert focused on the overall EY and Databricks Alliance sales strategy, helping clients drive business transformation using Databricks, and power AI and data use cases across business lines.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets.
Build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market.
Act as a subject‑matter expert on the alliance program, Databricks‑powered business transformations, solutions, and the joint EY‑Databricks value proposition.
Leverage expertise and experience in Databricks technology stack, work with the Databricks channel teams on sales & GTM motions, and develop/maintain relevant alliance partner relationships.
Lead pursuits independently through qualification phase when needed, focusing primarily on external selling and engagement with Databricks, client(s), and EY account and industry leadership.

To qualify for the role, you must have
12 to 15+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology.
Experience with technology alliances and business transformation.
Cloud and modern AI and data platform experience and understanding.
Experience selling enterprise solutions directly to clients.
Services sales experience working at a Big 4 firm or other GSI.
Experience in sales pursuit activities (prospecting, discovery, qualification) involving data engineering, data science, AI, and business analytics.
Expert client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and influencing without authority.
Solid understanding of marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles.
Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
A University/bachelor’s degree.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Knowledge of Databricks technology stack.
Direct and Databricks channel sales experience.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Team selling experience.
Ability to travel.

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $221,410 to $280,070 plus incentive compensation.
