As we continue to grow in West Michigan, we’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Specialist to support our field teams and keep projects running smoothly. This is an entry-level role with room to grow. If you’re organized, dependable, and ready to work with your hands, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Receive, organize, and stage materials and tools Prepare daily job kits for install crews Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Load/unload trucks and maintain a clean, safe warehouse Communicate with the field team to ensure job readiness What We’re Looking For Warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred Hi-Lo experience and certification (preferred) Ability to lift and move materials and work on your feet throughout the day Reliable, on-time, and ready to learn Team player with strong attention to detail What We Offer Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM — 3:30 PM $17–$20/hour based on experience Health and dental insurance 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave Growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, safety-first environment Ready to build a career with a company that’s expanding and values hard work?
