Program Overview Hungry to help build the most loved restaurant brands in the world? Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is one of the world’s largest quick‑service restaurant companies, owning iconic brands like TIM Hortons®, Burger King®, Popeyes®, and Firehouse Subs®.

Over three transformative years, you’ll be immersed in the Burger King® restaurant experience, develop core leadership and operational skills, and grow into a future leader in one of the world’s most iconic QSR brands.

Year 1 – Restaurant Fundamentals Learn the restaurant environment by working directly with leaders to understand every role, build a foundation of restaurant knowledge, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also lead operations projects throughout the year.

Year 2 – Restaurant Management Step into the role of Restaurant General Manager, lead a Burger King® restaurant, manage a team of 20+ people, and be accountable for performance, people, and guest satisfaction.

Year 3 – Operations Leadership Expand influence by leading a region of Burger King® restaurants. Manage, coach, and support a team of 3–5 Restaurant General Managers, grow ~$5M+ in revenue, and drive change across a portfolio of stores.

Own Your Career After completing the program, you’ll be equipped to pursue roles in Field Operations, Restaurant Support Center Operations, training, standards, innovation, and more.

What We’re Looking For

Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2025 – May 2026

Willingness to work in‑restaurant, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (previous experience in restaurants, retail, hotels, or guest‑facing industries is a plus)

Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry

Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communicators, problem‑solvers, and natural leaders

Have a Valid Florida Driver’s License (or ability to attain one prior to program start)

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
