Duration: 24 to 30 months Rotations across areas including: Maintenance Planning (6 months) – optimizing maintenance processes and scheduling Maintenance Leadership (6 months) – managing daily operations, leading a department, and long-term planning Reliability Engineering (6 months) – improving equipment reliability and performance Capital Project Management (6 months) – exposure to managing projects related to plant infrastructure and equipment Key Responsibilities
Engage in preventative maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment Investigate and resolve work in process problems Maintain production equipment to meet organizational standards and minimize downtime Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, strategic asset management, and data analytics Develop skills in safety leadership, project engineering, reliability processes, maintenance planning, and supervisory leadership Recommend and implement improvements for operations, equipment, and documentation Utilize ERP systems and Total Productive Maintenance methodologies Program Outcome
Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a Maintenance Supervisor/Leader at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant. What We’re Looking For

Preferred bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, engineering technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering or relevant field Associates or technical certificate Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided) About Owens Corning
