Our team is hiring a go-getter Restaurant General Manager, 18 years old and older!
Must have 2+ Years Supervisory experience in a Food Service Environment, with Profit & Loss Accountability, and Team Member Development.
Pay Scale: $58,700-$85,000 DOE
Additional Bonus Program Pay Based On Performance Results

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Leading a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant Helping the Department Managers in setting their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing mentoring and direction to improve their Departments and the restaurant overall.
