We are a multi-location, fast-paced, and growing print, sign & marketing services company just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. We are part of the world’s largest printing, marketing services, and large format network, and are leaders in document management and e-commerce for the printing industry. Our full-service printing company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and outstanding quality to our diverse customer base, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Our company focuses on helping customers grow their businesses through our large format division, offering posters, banners, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window graphics, and custom signage. Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to follow directions well, think clearly under pressure, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is essential. Primary Responsibilities
Perform estimating tasks under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, with a thorough understanding of substrates, finishing processes, purchasing, and printing. Learn and understand production requirements and communicate these effectively to production staff. Adapt to changing priorities, be detail-oriented, and quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies. Work independently and collaboratively, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 4 years of business experience, including 2 years in project management or coordination involving cross-functional solutions. Experience in the print industry and familiarity with MIS systems like Printers Plan or Print Smith is a plus; willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of Digital, Offset, and Large Format Printing equipment is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. High energy, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a professional attitude. Ability to take initiative and follow through on projects. We offer a family-like, upbeat work environment.
