What will you do?

Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and serviceware to ensure they are spotless and pristine Organize and stock polished items for service, ensuring easy access for FOH team members Handle delicate items with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of fine dining equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas Support service setup by preparing mise en place for the dining room Assist with inventory and restocking of linens, serviceware, and equipment as needed Communicate respectfully and effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and precision—even in the unseen details More about you

Prior experience in a fine dining environment or related support role preferred Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency Ability to work with care and efficiency in a fast-paced setting Positive, professional demeanor with a collaborative spirit Available nights, weekends, and holidays Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Physical requirements

Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs, placing items above and below head height Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms Exposed to variable temperatures
