The following is the role description for the Senior Facility Manager (SFM) within Lucky Strike Entertainment. The SFM is responsible for the operation of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency in an assigned home center. In addition, acting as Center Facility Manager, the SFM assists with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades, and performs administrative or other duties as assigned. The SFM provides leadership and vision to the center staff in support of Lucky Strike Entertainment mission and values, and leads the mechanic staff in preventative maintenance and repair of center bowling equipment and building systems within an assigned territory. Responsibilities

Assists DM(s) and Area Manager(s) with hiring/interviewing new Center Facility Manager candidates. Collaborates with Bowling Tech to ensure quality training for Center Facility Managers, B-mechanics and C Mechanics; completes follow-up training and mentoring. Works with Center Facility Manager, B-mechanic and/or C-mechanic on established company programs including routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) on bowling equipment and building systems, lane maintenance and safety policy/procedures; performs regular inspections to ensure compliance. Provides “first response” automatic scoring and other equipment technical support in an assigned territory. Participates in the day-to-day management of the bowling center from a technical perspective and performs management tasks to contribute to efficient center operation. With the General Manager, hires, trains and supports C-Mechanic(s) and B-Mechanic(s). Company and Benefits
