These managers help keep our centers operating efficiently, manage a team of mechanics responsible for pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes, and other equipment, and provide leadership and support to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, ensuring efficient operation.
Help recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics in conjunction with the General Manager.
Provide training and instruction to mechanics on Lucky Strike Entertainment’s machines, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with laws and policies (OSHA, etc.), monitor and maintain machine stop records, and schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety, and other building systems.
Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades; obtain bids and suggest improvements to reduce environmental impact and cost.
Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.
Who You Are You’re an experienced, technically proficient manager and a strong team player who can troubleshoot issues before they arise. You’re comfortable supervising mechanics, clearly communicate departmental needs, and have a strong desire to grow and develop your team.
Desired Skills
5+ years of Bowling Mechanic experience
Solid communication skills
Strong team player
Staff supervision experience
Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift objects as necessary
Work Environment / Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment: walk, bend, stand for periods of time, may lift objects with assistance.

Salary The salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package.
