Job Title Support Director/Assistant Director of Front Office

Location Highgate Hotel – properties across Midtown Manhattan including Park Lane (Central Park South), The Michelangelo (West 51st Street), and Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central (42nd Street).

Compensation $70,000 (Yearly)

Full-Time Yes

Shifts Full‑time scheduling, may require long hours and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Support Director/Assistant Director of Front Office; assist F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.

Provide visible lobby presence, assist front desk agents, and handle guest requests.

Monitor cleanliness and functionality of all public spaces and F&B areas.

Balance hotel room inventory and monitor upselling programs.

Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies.

Manage payroll, time edits, scheduling, and training of staff.

Perform Night Audit functions and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years progressive hotel or related experience (or degree + relevant experience).

Supervisory experience required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.

Flexible availability and commitment to Highgate standards of service.

Prior supervisory experience in hotels or related hospitality fields.

Flexibility with nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Ability to work on‑site in Midtown Manhattan.
