Position Requirements
Support Director/Assistant Director of Front Office; assist F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
Provide visible lobby presence, assist front desk agents, and handle guest requests.
Monitor cleanliness and functionality of all public spaces and F&B areas.
Balance hotel room inventory and monitor upselling programs.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies.
Manage payroll, time edits, scheduling, and training of staff.
Perform Night Audit functions and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years progressive hotel or related experience (or degree + relevant experience).
Supervisory experience required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
Flexible availability and commitment to Highgate standards of service.

Candidates must have prior supervisory experience in hotels or related hospitality fields.
Must demonstrate strong leadership and customer service.
Must be flexible with nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Ability to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan.
