Lead Manufacturing Technician Auxo Medical, a leading supplier of capital medical equipment and services, is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our second shift manufacturing team.

Position Description

Lead, direct, and supervise a small group of employees.

Provide general warehouse support.

Assist technicians with preparation, assembly, disassembly, cleaning, sanding, painting, and reassembly of medical equipment.

Perform cleaning, storage, packing, and crating for outgoing shipments.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Mechanically inclined.

Ability to direct and supervise a small team.

Strong desire to learn a new trade.

Ability to follow safety processes and procedures.

Valid driver's license.

Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.

Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Requires lifting up to 75 lbs.

High school degree or equivalent.

Bonus Points If You Have

Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles.

Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams, technical manuals.

Forklift certification.

Job Type Full‑time

Salary $18–22 per hour

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Occasional overtime may be required).

Working Conditions Position requires lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, squatting, sitting, standing, and twisting in a warehouse/shop setting.
