Location & Salary Rapid City, SD – $65,000.00–$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager with day‑to‑day operations of the property, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and sales.
Set goals, motivate and discipline employees, control labor expenses, manage general expenses and resolve guest‑related issues in line with company goals.
Direct and manage operations to ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employee experience, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control.
Oversee the guest service function, ensuring corrective actions are taken to resolve complaints and deliver superior service.
Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed to support overall operations.
Serve as Acting General Manager when necessary.
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Energetic, self‑motivated leader with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to direct, oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to engage with employees at all levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word, and property management software systems.
Local market knowledge is a plus, with emphasis on corporate and group business.
