Our client is a rapidly growing regional waste company seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Bossier, LA location. The Maintenance Manager oversees fleet equipment, facility upkeep, and a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks, containers, and related equipment. This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities
Plan and schedule repairs Monitor shop performance Manage supervisors and lead technicians Control costs and oversee outside repairs Maintain preventive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications
Advanced technical knowledge of vehicle systems Strong leadership and organizational skills Financial planning ability Compliance with safety standards such as OSHA At least three years of supervisory experience in transportation maintenance High school diploma or GED Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation
Salary range: $100,000–$115,000 annually. Shreveport, LA area
