CIANBRO . **Job Responsibilities:** Provide initial client contact to assess the scope of work and resources required to complete the project. Oversee supervision of total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, etc. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, material control, and possibly oversee onsite administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc. Supervise Field Supervisors and other contractors as required by the contract. Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment. Initiate and maintain estimates for extra work and issuance of change orders. Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and the efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment, along with contractual performance of the project. **Qualifications/Requirements:** Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience. Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil/infrastructure/transportation construction project management in the field, with at least 5 years of industry experience. Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods; supervision, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
