Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area

Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products

Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food

Maintaining the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages

Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and training with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs per company policies.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; execute basics at high quality; show energy and commitment.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans; use Open Door Policy in executing business processes.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; suggest improvements; adapt to change and feedback.
