Onsite Position
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate hazardous materials compliance as the HMDG lead for downtown operations
Monitor export deliveries of riding lawn equipment and create export shipments for Horicon
Serve as a subject matter expert for shipping processes—troubleshoot issues and refine workflows
Maintain and provide data for shipping reports, inventory locations, and related documentation
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to shipping

What Skills You Need
1 or more years of administrative experience (e.g., scheduling, planning, clerical tasks)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intranet/internet tools
Working knowledge of SAP
Understanding of material flow principles—both physical and system-based
Familiarity with operations processes
What Makes You Stand Out
Knowledge of Deere legacy systems
Experience with export documentation, government regulations, freight forwarding, and brokerage
Factory experience with cross‑functional collaboration (design, engineering, manufacturing)
Hazardous materials expertise with certifications in 49 CFR, IMDG, and IATA
Education Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
