Apex Systems is currently hiring for Sr. Business Architect with Large Automotive client.

Role Summary

Collaborate with European colleagues during morning hours via video calls and workshops, aligning across time zones with globally distributed teams (Sweden, Netherlands).

Assess and update capability maps and transformation roadmaps, comparing current and target business states to identify gaps and opportunities.

Lead strategic discussions with business leaders to align on priorities and transformation goals.

Connect business strategy to digital domains, value streams, and operational models through visual models and blueprints.

Maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including capability models, value stream maps, and organizational diagrams.

Develop phased improvement plans guiding business units from current to future state.

Participate in governance forums to uphold design standards and regulatory compliance.

Mentor architects and business teams on architecture principles and transformation strategies.

Partner with IT, finance, and operations to ensure digital initiatives reflect business needs.

Required Skills
