Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift.
Help assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald's restaurant.
