Who you are As a Regional Placement Manager, you will lead and support Local Coordinators to achieve team sales goals, ensure the success of student placements, and support overall team performance. You will develop and implement strategies to drive growth, analyze data, and work cross-functionally to improve placement processes. The role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

What you’ll do

Team Leadership & Strategy Development :

Lead and motivate Local Coordinators to achieve individual and team sales goals, ensuring high-quality and timely student placements.

Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.

Sales and Market Analysis :

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.

Oversee sales plans, targets, and forecasts, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

Process Improvement & Efficiency :

Identify and implement improvements to placement processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Cross-Department Collaboration :

Serve as the primary point of contact between Local Coordinators and other departments or external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.

Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team or related to placement activities.

Performance Reporting :

Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management.

Provide regular updates on team performance, program outcomes, and any issues or challenges.

Compliance & Documentation :

Ensure the team adheres to best practices and company policies.

Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding program support processes, procedures, and standards.

What you’ll bring

Education & Experience :

Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or related fields.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Experience with volunteer management is a plus.

Skills & Abilities :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases (Salesforce experience preferred).
