LaBella Associates is seeking a Bridge Project Manager for its New York offices (Glens Falls, Albany, Poughkeepsie, White Plains, NYC). The role focuses on bridge projects, managing existing client relationships, and driving new business initiatives.

Compensation:

Base pay range: $110,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Management and oversight of assigned projects.

Participate in and conduct business development activities, including meetings with clients.

Prepare and coordinate proposal efforts to secure work.

Perform technical discipline tasks (research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation) to ensure efficient and cost‑effective execution of projects.

Actively manage project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as primary client liaison to deliver on schedule, budget, and scope.

Develop and enhance key client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s preferred).

15+ years of progressive bridge/project management experience.

PE license required.

Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and local federal aid bridge projects.

Established industry relationships.

Strong business development skills.

Demonstrated project management expertise and knowledge of processes.

Experience in proposal development and presentation of new work.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships.

Salary Range ($110,000 – $145,000). The offer is influenced by experience, education, and location.
