Overview As the Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will coordinate large portfolios of projects, engage multiple subconsultants, contractors, vendors and suppliers, and deliver successful outcomes. You will manage technical staff, ensure quality, monitor budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead project management, client interaction, and technical and fee proposal preparation within the engineering practice.
Develop project scopes, budgets, engineering studies and technical reports for high‑profile projects.
Assist the practice leader in project budgets, technical deliverables, QA/QC reviews, and pricing.
Supervise project teams, mentor staff, and maintain high‑quality standards throughout execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Serve as the primary client contact, addressing client concerns in a timely professional manner.
Participate in business development, marketing, and proposal teams to identify new opportunities and promote KCI’s capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (AEC industry) with minimum 3–7 years of professional experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience.
Project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
Leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards, quality assurance, safety protocols, and technical standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
PE License preferred.
Preferred Education & Licenses
Master’s Degree in a related field.
Ability to complete KCI PM Training and pass the PM Board within 6 months of start date.
Pre‑employment drug screening required; background and motor vehicle checks may be required.
