I/E Planner–Scheduler
– INEOS Acetyls is seeking an
Instrumentation & Electrical Planner/Scheduler
to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations by planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance work. This role ensures work is fully scoped, resourced, and scheduled for efficient execution, while maintaining accurate maintenance data in SAP and related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, and schedule I/E maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with
SHE standards
and INEOS Life Saving Rules.
Develop job plans, work packs, and cost estimates for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate materials, tools, and manpower for a 3-week rolling schedule.
Maintain SAP PM data, create preventive maintenance plans, and run performance reports.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to ensure timely work execution.
Support outage/TAR planning, ISO compliance, and cost management efforts.
Serve as step-up/backup for IE&A Supervisor when required.
Qualifications
5+ years
in I/E maintenance in a petrochemical setting
OR
10+ years planning/scheduling experience.
Strong SAP Plant Maintenance expertise; experience with ProCal and Viziya a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of I/E systems, tools, and maintenance processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
TWIC card required (or ability to obtain before start).
